Home inspection is a free service we offer to help existing home owners review and clarify their homeowner’s insurance policy.  In some cases we find homeowners are underinsured, and we offer suggestions to improve their coverage. Our goal is to help you get the coverage that is common to your area.  We have seen so many people that are not covered for simple things that should be. Your Insurance Broker won’t even do that.  Remember we are advocates that help you, we are independent of all brokerages, insurance companies, and contractors.

So what is in it for us: When we complete our inspection of your home and policy, we may find a claim that you did not no was covered.
